Never really cared for black metal/doom metal/ death metal (yeah theyre different bite me)

some of these bands seem alright though

Does Deafheaven count as being part of this? I’ve heard Sunbather by them and didn’t think it was too bad. My friend also showed me an album called Moonlover by Ghost Bath (I always call it Ghostbather because it sounds similar) that’s kind of along those lines.

Yeah I’d count Deafhaven, too. I’ve never heard of Ghost Bath, but I’ll look them up.
