I don’t understand how you can consider the idea even possible. Lego told us the sales were solid and lived up to expectations. If it did turn out the sales were bad, then Lego would be in a lot of trouble for lying. Even over something as small as sales

@DuplexBeGreat moving of head offices, team changes. The fact remains Lego would not be stupid enough to lie about sales when there is a chance they will be found out and done for it

Then why did they cancel the line?

Easy.

They expected the line to fail and pulled the plug before they got results.

You can tell easilly from how quick it ended.

If it had been a lack of funds we would have seen a slow bleedout rather than a quick death.

If they were really being that overly paranoid and fatalistic about it, the line would never have been successfully relaunched. It would never have received the panel at NYCC or any of that other stuff that they did at the beginning of 2015 that no other new Lego line got.

Really, “expected the line to fail”? Where are you getting that from? Why on earth would they even bring it back if they expected it to fail?

Faber confirmed thats how HF ended.

Logic dictates a similar circumstance.

Hmm if Lego really expected hf to fail then it is really possible that they just used that theme as a “testing project” for CCBS to see how it would work if they bring back Bionicle.

Anyway If there will be Gen 3, it should use a brand new contruction build. Something which has more complexity than CCBS but also can be used together with Technic pieces just as good. Also their height shouldn’t be taller than a Toa Metru. I honestly prefer smaller figures like the height of Toa Mata/Nuva and they can be stored and trasported in their ( Hopefully ) canister or box much easier, however the figures would keep the ability of proper articulations. Either custom arms or similar to the Mata/Nuva arms with elbow articulations by little bar pieces should be used.

( Yes I know It has illegal build but just imagine if it would be legal )

Hey guys, Umarak is mentioned in the Wikipedia article for Herne the Hunter, a spirit of English folklore, as possibly being inspired by him.

That’s pretty cool. Now I’m imagining Umarak speaking like a Victorian.

I personally imagine Umarak speaking with a Russian accent.

I imagine him having the same voice as a dragon in Skyrim.

I personally imagine him not speaking english at all :stuck_out_tongue:

@Rockho Of course not. He and the rest of the cast probably speak English only for the convenience of the audience, when they’re really speaking Okotan or something. :stuck_out_tongue:

Can someone help me. I’m trying to enter my Makuta to the contest but it is taking a long time to submit. Did that to any of you guys? Is there a solution to the problem?

That happened to me, I think it’s normal, just let it do it’s thing

The pictures might be too big. That happened to me until I made the pictures smaller. Or just wait for a few more minutes.

It’s been like Twenty minutes since. Also how do I make the pictures smaller?

Maybe crop them?

Also when I upload the pictures they show upside down.

The contest especifies that the images can be no bigger than 2 MB. To resize the image, I used Paint.net. If you have Paint.net, press Ctrl + R and resize it until it is below the limit. As for the upside down problem, I’m not sure how you can fix it.
