As recently pointed out, the Toa Metru must’ve had a ton of Toa Power to reawaken all of the Matoran; however, it seems that Lihkan looses all of his Toa Power after giving away the six Toa Stones. So, do Toa have Power proportional to what their destiny requires? Or do they all have the same, and Lihkan had just used more of it at other points in time?

All standard Toa have roughly the same level of power.
