Hello Greg!
In the Brutaka set he appears to have two smaller extra arms on his back holding his daggers, so are these only a set thing for storage of the daggers, or does he have four arms? If so, would this be a trait found in all members of his species?

To my knowledge, he does not have four arms.
Then, um, what are those things? flippers?
Set feature to hold onto the daggers.
