@Invader39 explained the top one so the bottom looks like makuta with the MOUP on him but if you look at the top, theres the old 2001 logo, so probably fake 
Iām pretty sure the 2017 sets will be black and red with the MoUP.

Thereās an obviously photoshopped banner from the webpage, look at the clipping on the thumb if you need a corner to spot it. Still, the set actually looks pretty cool.
