First off let me get this out of the way. Modern pop music is terrible.
When people ask me what music I like I always respond with, “Anything that’s good.”
Led Zeppelin, U2, Dire Straits, and ACDC are among some of my favorite classic rock bands.
Coldplay and Cyroshell more or less sum up what what like from my era.
Then we move on to soundtracks. Two Steps From Hell has always been a particular favorite of mine. Of course Hans ZImmer is on the list.
Anime has introduced me to some amazing OST’s. Attack on Titan, Death Note and FMAB being my favorite soundtracks from an entire series. But there are plenty more I could name.
Love that one. I used to go to sleep listening to it when I was a baby. Hm. Maybe that’s why I’m obsessed with fighting.

Johnny Cash - The Man Comes Around
Rush - Red Barchetta
Ramones - Blitzkrieg Bop
And probably many other styles that aren’t very similar
(although, I guess it can mostly be boiled down to electronic/synth oriented stuff, and guitar oriented stuff. Sometimes songs with both. I guess that’s really general though.)

I like anything that comes on the Offspring radio on Pandora. except for that song “The Anthem” man I hate that song
I also like prince (what a shocker right?) Michael Jackson, and some old rock, such as queen.

I’m not a fan of modern music, it’s a bit too simple however some stuff is quite catchy…
And the only CDs I own are Hybrid theory and American Idiot. Thanks for making me feel lame in comparison /s
