Bio: Born shortly after the glassing of Madrigal on the asteroid belt known as the Rubble. He was filled with insurrectionist ideals and propaganda but his world collapsed when the Rubble was destroyed. He lived a relatively normal life with his radical mind set until the Black Legion conquered the world he was living on. Remembering his early life he eagerly joined the Black Legion. He loves the feeling of power to the point that his greatest enjoyment is having power over other people. This results in a very cruel attitude especially to enemies at his mercy. He describes that particular experience as the ultimate feeling he could achieve and by remaining in the Black Legion he still gets experience it making him very loyal to Achillies.

Bio: Born on the homeworld of the Black Legion, The Capital, Blair grew up peacefully until the start of the Black Legions reign. While she was against them at first,over time she start agreeing with the beliefs and propaganda of the Black Legion soon enlisting within its ranks. She proved her worth as a soldier during the defense of The Capital after it was discovered by Covenant forces. During a mission to destroy a covenant super carrier, the captain was killed in combat putting Blair in charge. She successfully lead the operation and destroyed the carrier, Achilles took notice into her and kept an eye on her over time as she proved her worth more and more until finally given the rank of being his Second in Command. She gladly accepted this rank for 3 years until she was the horrors the Black Legion was inflicting on the UNSC. Regretting everything she had done she went AWOL and ran away to the UNSC, giving herself up and telling everything she knew about the Black Legion. That successfully held the Black Legion off from UNSC territories for a few years, ONI decided that she could be useful and gave her a job within their ranks, ever since then she has dealt with any Black Legion assignments ONI has given her.
