He’s a Triple Changer.
Alternate mode 1: SUV
Alternate mode 2: Mechanical falcon
Color scheme: Silver and light blue, of course.
Legs are made of the rear of the vehicle, and would include the back two wheels. Extra ones can deploy from the feet to make roller skates. Steeldive’s legs would turn into the wings. Rear headlights migrate to the wingtips.
Arms have the front portions of the vehicle and falcon talons. The front two wheels are located beneath the shoulder armor. The arms would form the beast legs and part of the body and tail.
Torso has the hood of the car, grille and headlights. Door wings and car roof are on the back. Falcon head is beneath the hood-chest, only the top of the beak visible in robot mode. The eyes in beast mode are the headlights. The torso would form the bird’s body, head, and the door wings would combine with the legs to form the actual wings. The grille, bumper, hood, and roof are found on the outside and underside of the falcon.
The head doesn’t really do anything in either alt mode but that’s pretty much to be expected.
He’d alternate between two eyes and a visor (sunglasses, of course), and he’d have an avian-inspired battle mask that flips over his face.
For weapons, he’d have twin blades that could combine to make a longsword, and a pair of forearm-mounted laser blasters. The beast mode’s talons (located just behind the wrists, can slide forward for battle) also function as weapons for when Steeldive needs to get up close and personal.

Colours would be black, white and purple with gold accents
would have the insect mode head become kind of an aviator hat, with the compound eyes being like goggles above her “real” eyes
Wings would end up attached to the back, similarly to Waspinator
Weapon would be formed from insect legs, and be some kind of like crossbow thing
