After Toa Ignikas Sacrifice in Karda Nui, is he died? After this we never see anything what looks like the Mask coulb be alife.

Toa Ignika was merely a form created and used by the Mask of Life. As such, only his physical body was destroyed during his sacrifice, since his mind actually belonged to the mask itself.
And we do actually see him again afterwards in the story; he was both the one who informed Tahu about the Golden Armor and physically created it for him to use (as per his programming) during Mata Nui’s final battle with Teridax.

We also see Mata Nui actually persuading the Ignika’s spirit to restore Spherus Magna. Kinda reminds me of Alien X from Ben 10.
