this is an animation made to test nested animations using movie clips, and, of course it is an animation of the tohunga, the legend: Kapura!!!

Not bad at all!

My initial critique would have been to speed it up a bit since it’s really slow, but then I remembered it’s Kapura.

If you want to take this one step further, pay attention to the way arms and legs move and how they react to weight and gravity. I can tell right now these are all motion tweened, and it looks very mechanical. Real arms and legs, even biomechanical ones, don’t ever move in straight paths at perfectly even speeds.

I recommend searching up the 12 Principles of Animation on YouTube. They’re basically a must-know for any animator.

Good luck with more in the future!

Honestly I think it’s too fast.

Yah, he wears the kanohi slowee, mask of slowness.
It’s a great start to Templar-like animations. Great job and good luck!
