Fantastic painting! Incredibly well done. I love the use of silhouette for most of the body, and the glowing parts highlighting it all. The thunder bolts give an intimidating look, and I love how you handled the posing. The colors also pop out brightly and the use of the shadows makes the glowing far more terrifying.
The only issue is the end of the tail. That’s just a single brush stroke, and feels lazy. Try to do something cooler with that if you ever paint something like this again!
