People suspect the following:
A. Possibly was Lego Dimensions working title.
OR…
B. A sandbox game with LDD building controls. Basically Lego Universe’s building + Minecraft’s open world & Exploration.

This appears to be an entirely different take on LEGO than Dimensions was. Dimensions is focused on licensing and action, this game is a sandbox something. When I first saw it it looked like a LEGO game straight out of the early 2000s, so that’s cool.

Literally nothing is confirmed yet. All we have is a vague advert on the back of an instruction manual.
