Hi guys, what do you think about my entry “backstory” wise?

Really like the zombie-like Okotans.
Thanks, i was going for that kinda look
I’ve actually made a head hunter that’s been manipulated by Makuta, and he also forged the shadow traps.
I don’t have a name for him yet though.
Havent seen it tho, do you have a pic?
@E-Matt I like the hanging heads.
Please don’t double-post, as per the site rules. Thanks. --John Smith
Thank you
I think we have a true winner…

Oh dang, that’s amazing.
A true winner out of six. But I think the head is too small and the arms are a little, I guess “gangaley”

@Peemp I agree, that one just looks amazing.
For everyone else, what do you think the best Makuta MOCs so far are?
Both of these will more than likely be in tier 1
They’re both really cool MOCs, but what I’m more interested in is whether in concept being almost the exact same thing will affect them.
I’d imagine that it would arouse suspicion, but the two appear to be made by different people, judging by both background and building style.[quote=“Joe, post:1348, topic:26632”]
I wonder how much variety Lego will want in their winners, or just if they are only going to choose the best MOCs regardless of having similar concepts.

I can’t say for sure, but I’d imagine that if they meet the criteria that the judges have set, they may both be chosen
I’m not talking about the creators, I just mean that I wonder how much variety Lego will want in their winners, or just if they are only going to choose the best MOCs regardless of having similar concepts.
Look on the mask contest and tell me how many original masks won…
All three were relatively different. One was based on a sea-monster, one had a bit of a sci-fi styling to it, and one had a demonic appearance.
Yet when broken down, they are all basically the same thing with relatively changing themes.
