I decided to do the Earth. It’s not finished. UNFORTUNATELY I believe my files have been corrupted. Therefore I may I have to restart, either way enjoy.

I’ve started to make humans in 3D Blender, something I’ve never tried… Here’s a basic mesh. Clothing, face, skin, hair and weapons coming soon.
What do you think?

I added subsmooth, and sculpted. It is now officially ready to be changed into a “living” human

Update: While I the model isn’t done yet. I am currently moving all my SUPER old data from my Windows 7 Desktop to a Terrabyte Harddrive so it can be safely stored. Then I’ma revert the Desktop back to it’s original model and convert it to a 3D purposed (and honestly like a slight gaming) computer and render farm.

Ok um… All I can say is WTF!? So the character I was designing for someone here on the boards decided to go stupid. Armor is not properly popping up, the pants aren’t displaying their colors and neither are the shoes.
THEREFORE
I will have to halt on showing it until further notice. Sorry to @tak210 I will get around this as fast as possible or I WILL make you another one.

DUDE…That…Actually…HURTS!! I mean thank you, but oh man I was expecting something different. However I thank you, and I will try to recover what got funked. I’ll need another week if not I WILL start from scratch which should only take another week.

My people. I have failed you. I promised you a character model, of a boy or girl. Sadly I must say, humans or animals I cannot do. I’ve tried. I’ve ACTUALLY tried. I simply am not skilled enough yet. I WILL return to it later, and present you with one. But as of this moment, I must move on, colleges and jobs are going to start taking up my time. I will have a shorter time to do animations. I am sorry.

So over the course of 3 days. So on May 30th I began making this desert scene. I like it. Took multiple pictures so you can see the difference in each one. The last one is the finished version I finished on June 2nd

Really early model. I was trying to get the wall’s surface to lightly reflect some of the skies blue. Looks like I over did it.

Separating the lighting and shadows. The lighting is bouncing off the ground onto the walls causing an undesirable color.

Over did it again

In this one I was trying to gather some light from the side of the wall (not in frame) I was also readjusting the number of bounces as direct light going into the camera.

Opened up my Node Editor and began adding simple colors to the walls. Looks alright. (The little black pixels are from the settings not rendering it 100% compression, so it would render faster.)

Adding in some nice shade color into the walls, and using light-lighting so it doesn’t disrupt it.

I’m now aiming for the texture. Go back to any picture before and look at the walls. Notice how you don’t see those lines, ridges or the hint of blue-purple. I added all that in, blended pretty nicely.

Removed some density to the texture, so it wouldn’t look so hard.

Then said “Naaaaaaaah, it’s cooler with it.”

Clearing it up, compressing at 150%

Go back to the other photos. Notice how you don’t really see the lighting ray or better called God rays. I drained the image of color so I could see the light better, and set it to higher light energy.

Made it go soft to see the effects.

Made it go REALLY soft

Had it widen

Added in, direct lighting spot.

Combined them both. (The light bouncing off the rock isn’t shown because no color is bouncing.)

Finally, I combined all of it, went into composition. Blender’s AfterEffects. Where I added them all in one. The canyon with color and the God rays. turned the God rays a very very light shade of blue. So the blue reflecting off the walls would make sense. Then called it a day. Next project: Making a bridge city, already got the bridge done.

@middlefingerstudios broski. I need your squad list. If you were in a team up to six including yourself who would be in it?

Alright that’s taking a little bit too long. Who wants to be in a drawing? Or should I just pick?

Guess who’s back. Back again.
Well I’ve returned from, well I’m not sure. I’ve been busy and actually forgot about this place, I’m sorry. @Middlefingerstudios reminded me about this place so I thought I’d stop by, and share.

Yes, Yes I know, I know the graphic look like Runescape or very early WOW but most games and animation don’t go into high detail until they are sure what they have is what they’ll keep.

Early Build of a town called Sobaci. This map/level will mostly be me testing out the new feature of Unreal Engine 4 as I attempt to create something more.

I took from Unreal Engine’s Kite Demo Collection, which features an amazing collection of foliage (environmental objects) so I laid some down on the hill at the edge of the map to see if it would look good from a distance. It does

This is the town entrance. Two average size mounts. I’ll add a bridge into it and a canyon under to simulate that they properly in the mountain ranges.

Hill area that I’ll add homes/ cottages to.
