Perhaps find a BrickLink seller that could help with the parts.
Oh. And rip your budget.
The two pistons on the left and right side of his mid torso need to be tilted so that they slant inward at the bottom.
Follow the green arrows, not the red ones
Other than that, this is a masterpiece and is more accurate than any other model I’ve seen.
Also, if there were a feature where you could open him up and put little minifigures inside, that would be really cool

He still hasn’t finished the arms… I just realized.
There actually is! You can open up his back and fit mctoran in there
