This time ‘round, we’re watchin’ episodes of Star Trek (Original and Next Generation) to lead up to our Second Voyage into ST. Coming to a Modcast near you someday!

Modularity Community Star Trek Marathon

First things first, credit to @Lord_Tuma for the idea. Since the Modcast is going to do another Star Trek discussion within the next few months, I figured it’d be a good idea to help more people get up to speed on the subject so they can understand what the heck we’re talking about. To that end, I’ve decided to organize a community Star Trek-watching marathon! Here’s how it works: Each week, I’ll select one episode from the Original Series and one from The Next Generation (mostly drawing from the list I already posted in the Modcast topic). Anyone who wants to participate can post their thoughts about the episodes in this topic. I’ll update this post each week with the selected episodes. That’s pretty much it. Fun fact, I’ve been showing an IRL friend the highlights of SG-1 for the last several months…we’ve only just started season 3. XD That would definitely be a good show to marathon here if/when the opportunity arises.

I’ve got seasons 1-4 on DVD, but I haven’t seen them on Netflix, so a marathon might be hard to do

I think the show is on Hulu and Amazon Prime, though idk how many people have those compared to Netflix. FWIW I think I heard Amazon has a sale on SG-1/Atlantis dvds today if you want the later seasons.
