I’m putting this here from my original post of this song. It’s the vocals that have been isolated from the recording and it’s pretty spooky sounding, especially that high G# he hits at the end.

The part specifically being the one in between the first and second verse, which comes back towards the end of the song. Maybe it’s because it caught me off guard the first time I listened to it.

Intro III by NF creeped me out till I understood what it meant
I remember this moment in Bloodborne very well, it was amazingly creepy. The way the music slowly got louder as I made my way through the abandoned streets heightened the tension, especially when I found a note from a late ritual attender.
