You need only one piece for a blade.

The sword is cool, Just needs a blade.
Sword:
The pommel is too wide, switch it out for the smaller gear piece.
The hilt is way too wide, remove the claw pieces and it should be fine.
The Blade looks like a rod, and it’s too short. You can make a blade piece out of a long narrow system plate, or an actual blade piece.
Rocket Launcher:
It’s simply too small.
