No, he’s clearly not talking about Jon, he said John. He must be asking why Eljay hasn’t made a minifig of John Goodwin, Lego’s CEO. In which case, it seems he left too, sorry.

That said, while Jon isn’t here, the original minifig is on Brickfeed #52 (c19:31 to be exact), if you’re wanting to take a look at it.
