What part is the face?

It looks great! I thonk he should have feet, but given the pose, I can see why he doesn’t. I can’t tell what part that head is, but it’s a genious choice.
It’s a hero factory “Duncan Bulk” mask, but I cut off the front half with scissors.

It looks amazing, but I think the arms are awkwardly placed a little too low and back, and it shows when viewed from the side.
