The biggest hurdle with Mac products is the fact that most developers only make games for PC. Other than that I think Mac is about as middle if the road as you can get. They’re not super powerful but they’re not weak sauce either.
I think it’d run Overwatch on medium settings fine.
I’m saying that most “book” type laptops are built for the sole purpose of web browsing so you are lucky if they run many games.
That goes for macbook, chromebook, etc. because they are built for similar purposes.
A mac in general isn’t a problem as they usually are a bit more powerful that PCs at similar price but as @Frodos_Huna mentioned, not every game gets a mac port.
A spec checker like @Jokull linked is probably the best way to go to make certain.

Im the informer here, so let me sum it up for you
Mercy;
-Rez is now a secondary ability, probably the E key, and you can only revive one person per X secs, I dont know exactly
-She has a new ultimate called Valkyrie, what does it do? it enables her to fly, heal/boost more than 1 person at once (I dont know if that’s part of the ult or she can always do that)
and her weapons does more damage
D.Va;
-Her defense matrix takes longer to recharge (or it goes away faster, one of the two)
-She has a new ability, she can fire rockets
-She can shoot while flying

i’ve gotten at least 8 loot boxes a week since the summer games started

- old widow skin (also a character i hate playing)

Because of the new system, all I am getting from boxes is icons and sprays.
I’ve gone through 15+ boxes this event and the only items of any interest are a blue Mei skin and the Carbon Fibre D.va skin.
I think I’m just going to take a break from Overwatch for a bit.

The event’s still going, I’m pretty sure. The only thing I wanted was the Winged Victory Mercy skin, so I just gave in and purchased it.
