A phantom song is a song that is real, but does not appear in iTunes and such, examples are Gravity Hurts and What it Takes to be a Hero.

Synonyms: Indie releases, non-marketed songs. Then there’s the case of bands like Tool that can release music to iTunes but choose not to because they want their music to be listened to as a whole album.
You do know that there are albums on ITunes and some songs you can only get in an album

Ugh. I hate stuff like this. What it takes to be a hero, Gravity Hurts, Kingdom, and a bunch of other amazing songs that I love, I can only listen to with Youtube.
I mean we can download songs if you have android and a YouTube to mp3 converter
