I don’t get what you mean. Was the soft-reset disabled or something along those lines? Or do the legendaries have a set nature to them?

it was disabled for the Legends
since Xerneas and Yvetal had a Scene for them

I’m pretty sure soft-resetting wasn’t disabled, considering I know a guy soft-reseted a Mewtwo.
