As a seasoned follower of the podcast, i can clearly see (or rather hear) the difference between both of them, and since you've known them since the beginning, you've never made the confiusion between them.
No, the fabled Venomak™ is a creature that can only be perceived by the select few who just started listening to the podcast.
You know how sometimes two people you don't really know seem a lot alike, and when you start talking to them and all that you can clearly see : these people are clearly not the same person
(as a note, this happened to me, there was this girl in my english class that everyday said hi to me, although i've never spoken to her before, (only to her friends with whom i was friends since i got into school, but kind of stopped hanging out, but we were still friends ) and this one time i see "her" in the hallway and i say hi, and "she" gives me the most confused look i've ever seen and keeps walking. So i'm thinking "wow what the heck was that?". Turns out they were two completely different people, not sisters or anything, and i had the chance to discover this a few ays ago when i was in town after my English exam, and i come accross them both, turns out they are friends, and they propose me to tag along with the rest of the group, and when i get to talking to them, i clearly see the difference)
That was a long note.
So it's a wierd effect issued from unfamiliarity, where the brain just assimilates elements for it to have less information to take in all at once, and when it is more accustomed, starts to differentiate the elements. If they are introduced gradually, for exemple meeting Meso, becoming friends with him, then meeting Ven and befriending him, there is no such phenomenon.
