Is it OK to post MOCs of people who don’t have an account as long as we give them credit?

I’ve seen someone posted another person moc claiming it belong to someone else in the past, but the topic was later lock/unlisted.
The only exception if that person is a close relative or friend nearby.

I’d say in general it would not be okay to post someone else’s MOC.
