Protector of Water's Gender Confirmed?!

Ideally, the gender roles would be balances, you know, like in real life?

Norpe.

Yes, like real life. In real life, half of people are female.

Not true, I believe statics say there are more guys. It’s not as huge as bionicle but ya there are more guys.

But I thought they did? when it talks to Bingzat at the Temple of time?

They don’t. They refer to the PoW as a warrior, but doesn’t state the gender.

Oh…

Well then, I am still rooting for PoJ to be a woman.

I was going to say “BIONICLE.com already said…”

Then I realized: me too.

Just remembered:

Protector of Water is referred to a male in the books:

“Kivoda, Protector of Water, wore a blue mask and had two water-propulsion turbines secured to his back.” (Emphasis added)

Ignore what I said previously @RaptorTalon.

You mean I called it, I told you all that Gender specific shapes should be tossed aside and Prot. of Earth should be female.

The Katniss jokes have already begun! Just as foretold (by me in an earlier post)!

Someone photoshop Katniss with PoJ’s face…and maybe bow.

Something I just realized is that the masks are said to be passed “From father to son”, Implying all protectors are male. : \

Just thought it was odd. “Parent to child” would be better wording.

Not if the child if fully grown.

Father to son works because the father will always be the dad, while the son will always be the offspring.

Website bios are almost never canon, mainly because the people who write the bios don’t write any of the books, comics, animations, etc.
