Kota gets to a large tree and stops, reverting for the twentieth time. He was coughing and trying to catch his breath. He held his head and was in tears. “Koko, please tell me this is the place.”
“It is,” Koko says as they appear again. “Are you sure you want to continue?”
“I’m too far away from Palatki to turn back now.”
“Understandable, rest the night here.” Koko disappears as Kota takes a deep breath and calms himself down, taking a drink of water from a canteen.
