Activity in the Antillian Sunrise had died down by now; the pub was mostly empty, save for a few patrons loitering about, and the junkion DJ, who inspected a broken window.
Sidestep might see Redstocker (@Toa_Vladin) and Juliana (@ProfSrlojohn), if they were still in the pub.
The junkion DJ seemed to be filling that role, to the best of his ability.
The ancient machinery in the center of the room would no doubt catch King-Quan’s eye. The floating platform hovers above a pit filled with blue light, and a pair of rings slowly turning around it projected the Omega Key’s holo-map around the four knight statues kneeling around the model of Cybertron.
As Wildsong flies back to retrieve another Decepticon, the water suddenly erupts as a towering metal beats shoots up from its depths, knocking the transport car into the sea as the creature emits a shrill cry. It resembled a Driller worm, however with a more streamlined body befitting an aquatic predator. The blades on is body were shaped more like propellers on a submarine than the fearsome saws that Drillers usually bore.
The Driller shoots its five tendrils out in front of it as it burrows into the _Dark Sky’_s hull, tossing debris into the air.
King-Quan walked towards the Ancient Machinery in the Center of the Room. He glanced at it for a few moments, wondering what it would do before actually wanting to try to see if it worked by activating it.
“I’ll have one as well, please,” Flyby adds. The DJ gives the pair a thumbs-up and walks over toward the bar, leaning over it as he fills two glasses with a clear green fluid.
The central console displayed an image of a planet covered in lush, green forests.
The Decepticons had sunk beneath the water, and an explosion rocks the shipwreck as the Driller bursts into view again, shrieking as it coils around a gun turret, shredding the weapon to pieces and flinging debris around the area.
Wildsong could now see that the Dark Sky’s wreckage was perched precariously on an outcropping of jagged stone overlooking a deep abyss, with artificial light shining in the darkness below. The two Decepticons had sunk to the sea floor, and were desperately searching for shelter as the shipwreck above them buckled.
Other dark shapes slithered in the depths around the shipwreck; the energon leaking from its hull had attracted more than one of these aquatic Drillers, it seemed.
A jagged piece of metal plummets through the water above Wildsong, threatening to crush her.
The hologram enlarges, and screens materialize around the sphere, displaying information pertaining to the world and images of its surface. One picture showed a massive fortress situated in a wide valley: five monolithic spires connected to one another by a wide metal ring, with liquid energon cascading down the tower in the center.
Wildsong attempts to use the wing engines (which hopefully ended up on her back like her dragon wings did) and propel her out of the way and closer to the two Decepticons.
Another piece of debris falls atop the Decepticons, killing them instantly.
The text around the hologram identified the planet as Salvation’s next destination- the world where the Knights of Cybertron had hidden the next piece of the Omega Lock.
Song stops, as she looks at the Energon leaking from under the debris and colouring the water around it.
“Sigh… Primus helps them…” she said as she propelled back to the surface to at least help the other two.
