He created his armor by salvaging parts from what used to be parts of Mari Nui.

The title say ‘Leader of the skrall’, but then it says he’s the leader of the Shade mercenaries. Is he leader of the whole race or just these mercenaries?

Well he leads the other two remaining skrall and also the Shade mercenaries
I would say this is an okay moc. There’s nothing really wrong with it, there just isn’t anything great for me to say about it
