So,the title speaks for itself but let me explain why it would be useful:
Imagin you have a topic that explains a procedure, than you add a long clarification and you correct some vital errors.wouldn’t it be useful to let people know that you did this important edit?
It wouldn’t need to be for every single edit but maybe for edits over 20 words or important edits in general it would be awesome

If it is something important you can post on the topic to say what you’ve changed, or even edit the title to specify that.
