Rakrondewl (rak-ron-dewl)
The main antagonist in a story I started developing in around 2010 or 2011.

Graneth (gran-eth)
An ancient King and guardian that has fought Rakrondewl for hundreds of years.

Size Comparison

I have wanted to draw these characters for awhile but hadn’t had the skill or patience to deal with proportions. Earlier this week I decided to create a template using a body outline off the internet. Not having to worry about proportions I was able to dedicate my thought to purely design.

The first one reminds me of Sauron from the intro of Fellowship.

The helmet was inspired by Vladek.

Sauron’s armor was undoubtedly a major influence on his design due to studying it for another project…
