I have the AP Euro test Friday as well. Honestly, my only regret with that course was not being able to cover all European history, not just Renaissance and beyond. Of course, there's no way we could do thart in a year with sufficient detail in a high school setting.
But yeah, I often find that my favorite parts of history are the ones I'm currently studying, especially if it's heavy in war and politics. Understandably, I'm fascinated by European history.
(Those crazy Europeans.)
