The Last Resistance (Mothership)

The school bus drove around, Jake and Marcus snuck out, against Janey’s wishes
“It’s mark McNeil!” Jake gasped
“Who?” Marcus asked
“I met him when I saw a portal a while back…” Jake said
“Remember be quiet!” Marcus said, Jake accidentally made a rustling noise

“Hello!” Jake smiled at Mark
“I think we were supposed to be quiet!” Marcus hissed
“Whelp” Jake said “Obviousness now!”

Mark yelped as he jumped back.

“What the hell are you guys doing here?!” He said. “You nearly gave me a heart attack!”

“Jake does that!” Marcus sighed
“What?” Asked Jake “It’s fun!”
“You know, Janey would kill you if she knew you went sneaking!” Marcus muttered
“So she doesn’t want to kill me anyway?” Asked Jake
“I don’t want to kill any of you except for maybe DISOBEYING ME!” Yelled a woman in a lab uniform
“Hi Janey, how are the team?” Asked Jake
“YOU GUYS ARE LITERALLY THE TEAM!” Janey yelled

Mark raised his eyebrows, even more confused. “So, you have been on this ship the entire time, and you escaped the Xir’algath? How did you do it?” Malekai asked.

“Well I made a daring-” Jake started
“Me and my friends snuck onto your ship” Marcus said

“Well, I’m impressed.” Skader remarked. “Say, can any of you fly a ship?” Mark asked, pointing to the ship docks. “We have a plan to escape.”

“Hopefully. What’s it’s carry capacity?”

“I can fly one, Cheryl can, Britney can and Jake can crash one-” Marcus sighed
“With style!” Jake smirked

“How can we trust these guys?” Ashley hissed.

“You can’t!” Jake smiled “But what makes me trust you?”

“From the looks of it, about 2 passangers per ship.” Trevor observed.

“Right well Cydonia’s bout the size of the trojan horse so If you can maybe find something heavy duty like a cargo ship that’d be great”

Mark saw a larger ship. “Well, whad’ya know? How convenient!” Mark said, pointing to the giant ship.

“Yuuuup that could do.LOAD UP PEEPS”

“Nothing, which means if you even make a funny face at me, I might put a bullet in your head.” She growled.

The group borded the different ships, preparing for takeoff.

“Where are we even going?”

"You said it yourself: We’re ramming the bridge.’’ Mark said as he hopped into one of the ships.

“That’s crazy! Even if this works imagine the amount of lost lives and reso-” Janey yelled
“I can’t wait!” Jake interupted

“I’ve learned to stop caring about things like body counts, and if you’re smart, you will too.”
