The Last Resistance (Mothership)

“X267WX200” Hydron said like a mindless robott

The Xir’algath nodded, writing the names.

Mark, Justin, Trevor and Skader were brought forth. “Names?”

“Skader.”

“Mark Mcneil”

“Trevor.”

“Justin.”

The Xir’algath wrote the names, and all of the prisoners were brought to what seemed to be some sort of concentration camp.

Ashley walked forwards into the area.

The group was assigned to work on repairing damage on the ship’s lower level. They were handed tools and ordered to go to work, chained to the floor to prevent escape.

Malekai turned to the others. “Don’t worry. I have a plan.” He whispered to them.

Ashley inspected the tool she had been given.

@Mctoran

It was a drill, for tightening bolts

She began to try and drill into the chains shackling her to the floor.

The drill would loosen the bolts slightly, but only by one notch, since the drill wasn’t made forward that kind of bolt.

She examined the ship segments she was supposed to be repairing.

@Mctoran

They were gaps in the metal wall that she had to patch up and weld together.

She ignored them, and continued to drill at the shackles.

The bolts on the shackles wouldn’t turn anymore, but they had been loosened enough to make Ashley more comfortable in them.

She started to bash the drill into the chains.

They began to crack slightly. Malekai stared at the shackles in awe, wide-eyed. Why didn’t I think of that?

“Shouldn’t have given us weapons,” She muttered, continuing to smash the chains with the tool.

One shackle came loose, but she was still bound by another one.

She started to smack that one as well.

@Mctoran

The other shackle broke loose.

She picked up the drill and inspected it to see if it still worked.

It has broken in the effort to break the shackles. “Hey, help break me loose too!” Justin called to Ashley.
