The LEGO Batman Movie

Well it is an arctic vehicle so treads would make sense for it, but consistency is more important. Still wish they would’ve included just a bit more.

Personally, I wanted a stretch limo with a backseat lounge thingy that was reminiscent of the Iceberg Lounge.

Edit: This set looks great in every way. Going to get only if it’s below $50.

For a free little poly, it looks like a nice parts pack.

Superman, Green Lantern, Aquaman and Wonder Woman? We’re getting some Justice League cameos then…

Looks like Hawkman, too.

This movie’s gonna have some great puns.
“Tail-Gator”
“Battitude”

And Hawkgirl, Martian Manhunter, and Black Canary.

I hope they throw in Supergirl because since Finn is about 12, which is the youngest age that people are who watch the CW DC shows, they can hint at him having those minifigures because he watches those shows. Same reason that LEGO dimensions characters are popping up because since Batman is in LEGO dimensions, Finn is using the idea of connecting the worlds through the portals. If so, that is the most subtle marketing strategy for a video game ever.

Huh, I never thought about that. I guess it makes sense since The LEGO Batman movie takes place in the same universe as The LEGO Movie. I wonder how big of a role the “real world” will play in TLBM.

None. It doesn’t seem necessary. Apparently Joker is opening a portal to connect LEGO Dimensions so I think that’s as much of a connection as we’re going to get.

Did anyone else notice Blight from Batman Beyond in the background of the poster?

The lack of more villain characters in a “good guy” set make the price/conflict unbalance for the value, not to mention most of the characters are just repeat (not sure if batman have a new face print).[/details]

I lived in Thailand when the LEGO Movie came out and it came out a month after the US. I didn’t see it until March 22nd, even. But I somehow didn’t get it spoiled. It’s doable.
