How is everyone’s armor coming?
I have a 16 gauge steel Kettle Helm and an 18 gauge Steel Sugarloaf from Epic Armory.
I love both of them! I had a sallet, but It really wasn’t my style and I found it awkward to wear. i’m more into the Dark Ages-early Middle Ages though!
Tip for you guys tho, if you are just planning to wear it around and not do any actual fighting, I’d go for armor that is 18 gauge, Its a lot lighter and it won’t kill you to wear to a con or Ren Faire all day! (speaking form experience, oh the sores and aches!)
