“Hey, Load,” Lock contacts his twin. “I think you need to be doing more than just staring at the cameras, if you catch my meaning.”
“I’m afraid I don’t.”
“As our head of security, unofficial or not, I feel you have a bit more authority than you realize. I think you should start taking advantage of that.”
A devious chuckle could be heard through Lock’s commlink.
“Sir, I have been in plain and obvious sight during each instance of a murder; just ask Lock, Load, Sergeant Surdus(?) (Mordo’s uncle) and Mordo.” He said.
Alpha knows he’s been in plain sight of them the majority of the time and has been intentionally moving through the areas of high security coverage so he could show he was innocent.
A bit of an extreme but the security bit was so he could potentially catch the killer on camera if he ever got jumped.
“At the moment all autobots on this ship are suspect. I will speak with the captain, and see what further measures will be taken.”
He said calmly, walking away to look for Helitus.

OOC: I don’t think it’s been properly specified. He’s the medic, but I’ve been playing him something of a second in command.
Railfire approached him.
“Helitus. I have reason to believe the murder is an autobot. A third body was discovered, a third decepticon. What will you have done?”
“And you have every reason and right to believe that, sir; I would be lying if I said I didn’t see why you would say that considering the victims have all been Decepticons.” Alpha told him. His tone wasn’t aggressive or accusing but accepting of what the evidence has been telling them in this investigation thus far. He gave Railfire a salute as the doctor left.
OOC: Okay; I think his rank would probably be like how Starscream from TFP is Megatron’s first lieutenant.
Load clears his throat (even though such an action would probably be physically impossible for a mechanical being) and keys into the PA, addressing the entire ship.
“Ahem, hello my fellow wayward souls,” he greets the crew of the Joint Court, “this is your omnipresent go- er, I mean, acting head security officer, Load of Altihex, here. I’m alerting you all to a few temporary changes that I’ll be enacting in light of recent events.”
Load pauses to give time for snide remarks from the likes of Fury and Haliaetus, because he was a considerate sort.
Alpha begins to carefully inspect the body, running a bomb scan to start. He has the body in the airlock, both doors shut and him not being inside, and is scanning via the drone he had used in the last mission.
Alpha listens to the security announcement. Load, you should probably clear these ideas with Haliaetus, as he is captain, before making these kinds of things official. he thought, hoping Load will learn how a chain of command works in a ship.
OOC: By now, Lock has likely put the body in the airlock and Alpha, because Railfire isn’t there to stop him, is taking this opportunity to try to safely inspect the body for bombs or any sort of explosives with a backup plan standing by in case something goes wrong. He’s just trying to leave no stone unturned.
Alpha understands why: Haliaetus, being the Decepticon captain of a Decepticon ship, has to put his people, the Decepticons, and their safety first. Autobots, to the Decepticons, are still technically the enemy and were also the ones likely with the culprit among their ranks according to the evidence thus far.
Alpha would say that even with all this the culprit deserves a fair trial but he was not on an Autobot ship and this had to obey Decepticon rules, even if he didn’t agree with some of them.
He continues the scan for bombs and foreign explosives on the corpse with the drone, adjusting the settings so he could have a full and thorough scan. (@Ace)
OOC: joking here but take a shot every time I mention Autobots and Decepticons in some way on the above text. Please don’t actually do that, it was a joke.
