Load rolls his optics.
“Alright then.”
“Correction:” he announces, “all Decepticons will travel in pairs. Autobots are excluded.”
“…for whatever reason.”

Alpha didn’t like that; if the killer is indeed an Autobot, that wouldn’t change much except for potentially more witnesses and less constant surveillance on them due to the lack of an escort.
He continues the scan.
“That’s not exactly what I meant, but you are head of security.”
Railfire said before leaving. He planned to return to repairing his equipment.
Haliaetus then shuts off the pa system
“Okay, moving o- oh, come on; I wasn’t done.”
OOC: does Alpha find anything in his scans for explosives on the corpse?
IC: Alpha was almost finished with his scans, hand ready to eject the body if anything was found. He also had the command for the drone to attach to the airlock’s surface standing by for if that were the case.
The corpse exploded
Load goes to speak with Haliaetus.
“what is it load?”
Quick as a flash, Alpha sent the command to the drone, an alert to the captain of this and ejected the corpse. The airlock should hold if it was constructed correctly. He also moves to grab Lock and secure himself, with Lock, to the ship if there was a rupture.
The explosion potentially might throw them off course again but Alpha had data to review and would willingly provide if asked to relinquish it.
“Okay, perhaps I got carried away with my rebellious charm and dry wit,” Load says to Haliaetus, “and for that I do apologize. But, I still had two more announcements to make.”
He nods and reactivated it
Alpha waits for the danger to pass before seeing what resulted from the explosion.
The drone was secured as strongly as it could be to the airlock’s interior surface and Alpha held Lock tightly, for the Decepticon’s safety, as his feet were effectively gravitized to the ground he stood on.
The alert Haliaetus gets from Alpha detailed the time and place of the explosion so they could course correct when able. (@Ace)
“Good man,” Load compliments Haliaetus.
“Okay, security updates: part two,” he speaks into the PA.
“Number two on my list is: Seeker Guards will be patrolling the habitation wings, common areas, and the lower levels of the ship.”
“Number three: this is for my fellow security bots; all access to the cameras and camera footage must be approved by yours truly. To prevent any unauthorized personnel from trying to delete anything embarrassing and/or incriminating, the servers will be guarded.”
Alpha smiled, Load was covering his bases.
OOC: You’re congratulating Load for showing basic levels of competence? Granted, it is the first shred of it he’s shown in this RP…
IC: Load shuts off the PA.
OOC: Alpha’s glad about that and the fact measures are being taken to also help keep his fellow Autobots safe.
IC: Alpha unlocks his neck joint a bit and rotates it so he could see what happened to the airlock as a result of the blast. (@Ace)
Lock was unharmed.
“Well, that just happened,” he observes.
The outside was destroyed, with the inner door barely holding together
Lock leaves to request for a repair team to seal off the damaged airlock.
