Fairly active. Essentially, you have to come at least once a day, and read a large portion of all topics on the Boards.

Not necessarily, but posting is also a large portion of obtaining and maintaining Master. The assumption is that after reading all the posts in a topic, you have something to contribute to the conversation, and thus make a post.

What does it mean by ‘enter’ 40 topics?
I believe it means, ‘visit’.
So, you would read the first post in a topic, and that would count as 1 ‘visit’ to a topic.

You might have not been on enough.
Disregarding the impossibility of this, I’d suggest PM a mod and ask for the requirements things, since that will tell you wha you have and don’t have.

It’s likely because you didn’t read enough posts, or didn’t view enough topics, or something similar. Maintaining Master means not just visiting the site every day, but also keeping track of the majority of topics on the Boards.
