Var's Animated Series Toa Designs [Art][Character][Pitch]

Even though TTV has already said that Pohatu’s mask is staying as it is, I’m just throwing this out for the sake of communicating what I think it could be like.

Hopefully this makes the nose less distracting. I tried to make the mask both more and less angular for the sake of making it look like a helmet, without compromising how expressive Pohatu is supposed to be.

I still think the chin looks weird, how about something like this?

Maybe leave a thin strap along the bottom,
and give him more chin, looks weird.

how so?

honestly, it looks fine.

Maybe if the mask didn’t have the mandibles jutting down as far, he looks like he has a really weak chin.

It might just be me, but Onua looks like he stretched his ■■■■■ sleeves too far down, and now they are loosely hanging down his arms.

Now I would prefer Legs that has more weight to them like this.
Kopaka was relatively okay in the first place but Onua made me wonder how he held up that massive Torso on those thin legs.

And Tahu now has some legs to support his upper body too.

I really dont like the calfs being stronger than the thighs

gali should be thicc

CHiiiiildren CARTOOON.

And even if I agreed with you Var would just discared it.

(I do agree)

Children would pay to see an extra thicc gali,
and why does child cartoon mean weird legs!

This is not a discussion I would consider relevant.

But I am sure if you make a thread about it and then starts gaining about Oomatus level of Likes and posts on it I am sure they might consider to listen…

stronk legs are good; the minor art changes that @ZceeNook made are good

thicc hipped Gali is bad

we do not need an invasion of humanity stereotype female designs in BIONICLE

or a return of 2005 (Roodaka sucks; said with love)

her legs in the modified pic look fine to me

imagine this: she’s wearing boots (or galoshes or something)

thicc legs are for MOCs, not sets; if they’re executed well I’m fine with it, but not on official sets

Excellent.

We agree.

As an Artist my work space is a bit wider.
(See what I did there?)

I have to agree, I noticed it on onua but I hadn’t realized that the others were off as well,
Though I still have to say tahu has a short torso that should be a bit longer, perhaps simply moving his waistline down a bit would fix it.

I think she’s fine as is myself.

thicc voriki on the other hand…

Have they changed Voriki’s gender?

Lewa, Gali and Voriki are female, yes

I was unaware that they had made Voriki canon for this
