Any Fans of Ok-Ko Let’s Be heros out there? This is a PowCard I made of a fun Villain idea I thought of. Ware-Wolf doesn’t formulate any evil schemes of his own. Rather than that, he instead owns several warehouses that he rents out to lesser villains to serve as evil lairs, becoming incredibly wealthy from this strategy.
