I’ve been on a big soundtrack/instrumental kick lately.
What are the four.
80’s pop/pop-rock/rock
Alt-Rock, 80’s New Wave, and some Folky stuff. X Ambassadors, Coldplay, and Mumford and Sons are my favorite bands right now.
I have a pretty wide spectrum of music…
Classic rock: AC DC, Iron Maiden
Various metal sub-types: Rhapsody of Fire, Blind Guardian, Sabaton
Movie/anime soundtracks: Pirates of the Caribbean, FMA Brotherhood
Instrumental stuff: Two Steps From Hell
Classical music: anything by Beethoven
Oh yeah! AC DC!
Lately, I’ve been listening to a lot of Frank Zappa, Captain Beefheart, King Crimson, and Jethro Tull. All are excellent.
I like 50’s country rock, early 2000s emo (Anberlin particularly), Twenty Øne Piløts, NF (ironically I don’t like Let You Down. I prefer his lyrically deeper music), some hard rock (Red Jumpsuit Apparatus mostly), and Family Force 5. But honestly I’ll listen to almost anything
“Only song you’ve heard is ‘Let You Down’ then you’re behind.”
Hah. I used to call him lyrically deep. That’s great.
Now I listen to some classic rock and white stripes kinda indie rock
