What a brute.
Though the historical side of me is being a bit, nitpicky here.
A gladius was a much shorter sword than this.
This would be more in lines with a spatha, which had a longer blade, and in earlier times used by cavalry units, but later replaced the gladius as the standard Roman side arm.
