Original Trilogy: Han Solo, Lando Calrissian, and Boba Fett.
Prequel Trilogy: Obi-Wan Kenobi and… 
Sequel Trilogy: Can’t say yet since it’s just begun.

Original Trilogy: Boba Fett, Luke Skywalker, and Darth Vader.
Prequel Trilogy: Obi-Wan Kenobi, Jango Fett and General Grievous (Even though these two were underused).
Sequel Trilogy (So Far): Also need to see more of it to judge.

Prequel Trilogy: Obi-Wan, General Grievous, Count Dooku, Mace Windu.
Sequel Trilogy: Rey, Finn, Poe Dameron, and Kylo Ren. (Basically the new cast of characters.)

I always loved Darth Vader and Grievous the most.

Other Orig Trig: Max Rebo cuz he’s a funny lookin’ Elephant man made out of Play-Doh , TK-421, The Sarlacc Pit #MostLegitCharacterEvar , Lobot, Greedo, that one Taun-Taun who got cut up n’ such, that one Taun-Taun who got eaten by that Wampa, Wicket, Admiral Ackbar, Nien Nunb, Wedge Antilles, Others…

Sequel in da HOUSE: Poe is stinkin’ amazing, Nuff said. Rey and Finn are also pretty shweet.
The Sequel’s Side Peeps: Um… I might have to see the movie again to figure out a favorite. For now, I’m gonna say Those two Stormtroopers who walked away from Kylo’s Tantrum.
