"It won't be of use in the graveyard, kid" The Hornet replies, as his helmet provides a mechanical filter for his voice. "I use Dragonfly's special ability, calling another Inzektor to arms! I summon my second copy of Inzektor Centipede"
As another soldier appears, The Hornet repeats the same process. Equipping Centipede with his destructive Inzektor Hornet from the graveyard.
"Next, I equip Inzektor Dragonfly with my Inzektor Crossbow, Zektarrow. I proceed to use the stinger of Hornet to destroy the bow, activating the effects of both Centipede and Dragonfly"
The bow shatters as it fades, as The Hornet quickly grabs two cards from his deck. "I special summon my third Inzektor Centipede, and add Inzektor Giga-Weevil to my hand"
"Next, I construct an overlay network, using Inzektor Centipede, and Inzektor Hornet. Both of which have used their effects this turn. They form the Rank 3 XYZ Monster: Number 20, Giga-Brilliant"
The two soldiers quickly evaporate, as the giant insect appears. "Using it's effect, I detach Inzektor Dragonfly - All monsters I currently control gain 300 attack"
"But, that was far from it's intended purpose. Because now, Inzektor Dragonfly is in my grave. With it's once-per-turn limit reset. I equip Inzektor Giga-Weevil from my hand to my second Inzektor Centipede, and use Centipede's own effect to equip Inzektor Hornet from my graveyard!"
The brown soldier quickly gains more weaponry, an expanded shield and the stinger. But within moments, both are gone as the effect of Inzektor Hornet is activated once more. "Hornet will destroy my Weevil, which allows Weevil to revive Inzektor Dragonfly from my grave, and also allow Inzektor Centipede to grant me two searches!"
The Hornet quickly grabs two cards from his deck, as it automatically shuffles in response. "I add Inzektor Giga-Mantis, and Inzektor Sword - Zektkalbier to my hand, whilst special summoning Inzektor Dragonfly back to my field."
Current Field: Inzektor Centipede (Eff Used), Inzektor Centipede, Inzektor Ant, Number 20, Inzektor Dragonfly
S/T: One facedown, Inzektor Giga-Mantis equipped to Ant.
"I now use the effect of my final Inzektor Centipede, attaching Inzektor Hornet, and using the stinger to destroy your Crystal Beast. However, the Beast is still sent to the S/T zone. This will trigger the effect of Centipede once more, allowing for another search - and I'll add Inzektor Axe - Zektahawk to my hand"
"I equip my Inzektor Ant with my Zektahawk, raising it's attack to 3300. Next, I equip Inzektor Giga-Mantis from my hand to my Centipede, making it's original attack 2400, but when I add my Zektakaliber to the mix, it's raised by another 800 attack points"
As The Hornet continued to activate more and more effects, his words got quicker and quicker. The pace of the duel was entirely in his favour, as he had amassed an army of Inzektors, and was clearly ready to go further.
"I use the effect of Inzektor Ant, equipping it with Hornet for the final time, and removing the weaponry once more. Eliminating your Tiger from the S/T zone. I'll do the same with Dragonfly, eliminating your other Crystal Beast, and into the Graveyard"
As The Hornet's distorted voice spoke, his opponent's field had been wiped clean - an army of Inzektor in it's wake. This, was the efficiency of his deck. Search, Subjugate, and Swarm. The very same moves that have brought him countless victories in plenty of investigations.
"Battle Phase. Final Inzektion"
The field shifted it's colours to represent the battle phase, as The Hornet launched an attack with each of his insects. Blasting and clawing their way through Nick's life points. The sounds of the flying, the buzzing, the clattering, the footsteps. It all echoed against the players, as The Hornet's smirk was masked by his tactical helmet. A fantastically stringed combo, leading to total annihilation.
