Is that middle ogre a cyclops?
Sort of.
He suffers from a deformity common among ogres where one eye is much, much bigger than the other. The smaller eye is mostly vestigial and usually kept closed.

Ogres are significantly less intelligent and much bigger, at least in this version of it.
