well this M.O.C isn’t complete and I need some advice on how to add arms since I know what to do for the legs I just don’t have the parts for that since I’m limited on piece’s

Presumably you need to add a balljoint bushing, Hordika neck, or Glatorian neck to the shoulder constructs, or redesign it so that there is a balljoint that can be used on the arms.
I thought this was some sort of Kirby’s Air Ride vehicle.
