I like this one, looks quit a bit better then the first one. The neck looks a bit weird to me but other then that it looks fine.
Trust me, it isn’t easy to find that balance, but I suggest building around a torso and then adding other armor. 
I actually really like them.
All of them, the footchests are nice.

The second version is a big improvement my issues with it are really long lower arms and the fact the head is a little to high compared to the shoulders maybe move them up a little bit.
Hey man, people are giving valid critics, you need to learn how to handle them. They aren’t attacked on you or your quality, just people trying to help you make the best possible moc.

I think you should stick with a slimmer design like this, just put some more armor on the chest.
