Ultron is varying sizes. His first incarnation is the same height as Iron Man 6.5ft. The second incarnation is about 8ft and the third and final is 12ft I believe

the pieces of armor on hulkbuster’s left arm come to him out of nowhere (from the sky behind him) much like the mark 42 leading me to believe that hukbuster works like the mark 42, or maybe just certain pieces form around him

If you look even more closely, you’ll see that all the excess armor pieces fly into the scene from the sky behind him.
