Only Helium baloons will float, baloons with just air will just fall slower.

Anyway I haven’t really posted my opinions on them.

When I was younger I used to like playing around with them a lot, as of now I’m ok with them and ai guess they are cool, but it’s not like I go around asking for baloons at parks… Or do I?
